Order Cancellation 
To cancel an order you have placed with MagnaFlowPlus.com, you must contact our sales department by email sales@magnaflowplus.com or by phone (888) 308-6007. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting our sales department to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping cost).

Damage Claims and Returns
Damage claims should be made on the day of receipt of the product or with the carrier on that same day. Should you have a problem with an order please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not return an item without contacting us for an RA number, whether we've made a mistake or you wish to return the product. Our Return Policy allows for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product, provided the product is returned to us unused and in the original packaging in resale condition. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returned products. Freight charges are non-refundable and return shipping on all products is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Returns must be packaged securely in the original packaging/outer carton
• Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
• Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused.
• Returnable items must be received by JDP Motorsports within 30 days of the original purchase date by you the customer. (determined by original invoice date)
• Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, manuals, etc.
• Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused and/or a restocking fee of 10%-20% will be assessed. It may take up to 30 days for the credit to be issued.
  
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded. (This includes the "Free" shipping charges paid by JDP Motorsports).
  
• Customer/Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost incurred to return products.
  

Warranty
All warranties provided are done directly by the product manufacturer, warranty cards are provided at the time of purchase and should be filled out and registered with the manufacturer. MagnaFlow also has an online warranty section on their website at this link that can be filled out and submitted electronically. MagnaFlow mufflers and exhaust systems carry a limited Lifetime Warranty and must be registered directly through MagnaFlow/Car Sound Exhaust System, LLC using the 2 part warranty card included with the product or using the online product warranty registration. Catalytic converters and Direct-Fit Converters carry a 2 year / 25k mile warranty to pass a state emissions test and a 5 year / 50k mile warranty against manufacture defects.
